Megabits now offers affordable remote support on an either one-off basis or contract periods for both businesses and home users.

As long as your PC is still running and connected to the internet it should be possible to remotely log into your computer over the internet and fix the problems you may be having with office software perhaps or virus and spyware issues.

Some problems cannot be solved this way but there is no charge if that is the case and there is no harm in asking!

If you are happy with the help you get and would like to have me available on the end of a phone then discuss getting a support contract deal. It will save you money and a lot of stress in the long run.
